KeyBank is seeking an Associate Team Lead for the Private Bank sales team. You will supervise local market associates, drive client experience, and ensure sales support and compliance excellence. You’ll train staff, manage staffing, and back up critical roles while partnering with the Sales Leader to optimize outcomes.

You will oversee risk, onboarding processes, and performance reviews, ensuring accurate client data handling and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced banking environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years related work experience or equivalent combination of work/educational background.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.
• Displays strong credit and fiduciary acumen.
• Proficient in client service skills and communication.

Mansioni

• Supervise local market associate staff to own the client experience end-to-end.
• Provide training and coaching to associates in assigned markets.
• Ensure staffing coverage and proper back-up for roles.
• Oversee compliance tests and training to meet guidelines.
