The role spans KPI reporting, project coordination, and governance materials, offering broad exposure to Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency, and more. Within this role you will drive reporting, track initiatives, and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve the client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in project management, fund administration, or related financial services.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational contact for assigned clients with senior leaders.
• Coordinate client initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop KPI reporting, executive updates, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Maintain strategic initiative tracking and status reporting.
• Partner across Investment Services to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Research and resolve operational issues, escalate significant matters.
• Lead internal service reviews and present KPIs and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
