Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers from the store’s installer counter. The role oversees the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely orders and smooth part deliveries.

Required strong mechanical background, solid communication, and knowledge of automotive repairs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely orders.
• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online; invoice orders, direct parts for delivery, and route delivery staff for timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time and daily mileages are entered into fleet devices.
• Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed.
• Support labor claim processing to ensure quick resolution.
• All other duties as assigned.
