O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter. This role will oversee daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure accurate and timely order delivery, with bilingual candidates encouraged.

The position emphasizes strong mechanical knowledge, quality customer service, and collaboration with sales teams. A solid automotive repair background and ASE certification are valued assets in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics is required.
• Above average communication skills are required.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs is desired.
• ASE Certification is required/advantageous.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders over phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery logistics.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Record daily mileages in fleet management devices and complete inspections.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to serve professional customers.
• Verify that products and warranties are billed before customers leave the store.
• Coordinate returns and credits for cores and warranties in a timely manner.
• Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed.
• Support backroom duties such as auto-load, returns, and stocking.
• Assist with customer labor claims to ensure fast processing.
