Job summary

Bay View Shade & Blind in Waukesha, WI, is seeking an Installation Experience Expert to lead complex window treatment installations, program motorized products, and mentor the installation team. This role emphasizes craftsmanship, problem-solving, and excellent customer service on-site.

You will measure accurately, troubleshoot challenging issues, and collaborate with Design, Production, and Operations to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

Experience in skilled trades, installation, or related field.
Proven ability to handle complex or technical installations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to coach and support teammates in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead and complete complex custom window treatment installations.
Install hard, soft, motorized, and specialty products with precision.
Take accurate measurements for fit, finish, and function.
Troubleshoot installation, product, and technical issues.
Work with ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and related equipment as needed.
Program and troubleshoot motorized products and automation.
Communicate professionally with customers and resolve field concerns.
Mentor Installation Experience Specialists and Ambassadors.
Collaborate with Production, Design, and Operations to keep projects moving.
Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and customer experience.
