Job summary

Bay View Shade & Blind in Waukesha is seeking an Installation Experience Expert to lead complex window treatment installations, installing hard, soft, motorized and specialty products with precision and care.

You'll troubleshoot field issues, mentor teammates, and coordinate with Design and Operations to keep projects moving forward, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled trades, installation, finish work, remodeling, cabinetry, or related field.
• Ability to handle complex or technical installations and troubleshoot field issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and craftsmanship.
• Confident independence and sound field decisions; strong communication with customers.
• Ability to coach less-experienced teammates; strong time management.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record; able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete complex custom window treatment installations.
• Install hard, soft, motorized, and specialty products with precision.
• Take measurements for accurate fit and function.
• Troubleshoot installation, product, and technical issues in the field.
• Mentor Installation Experience Specialists and Ambassadors.
• Collaborate with Production, Design, and Operations to keep projects moving.
