Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with basic hand and power tools.
• In-home installation experience is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and stairs
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation (van provided).
• Employment is subject to the successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared (tooling is provided).
• Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish
• Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally
• Protect customer homes and leave the workspace clean
• Care for provided tools and equipment
• Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps
