Job summary

Made in the Shade - Cherry Hill is seeking a Window Treatment Installer who excels in craftsmanship and customer care. You will measure and install blinds, shades, shutters, exterior shades and drapes in customers’ homes, representing the brand professionally and helping to deliver 5-star results.

This role requires hands-on installation skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time or part-time options are available, Monday–Friday, 9–5 with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• In-home installation experience is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and stairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (van provided).
• Employment is subject to the successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared (tooling is provided).
• Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish.
• Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally.
• Protect customer homes and leave the workspace clean.
• Care for provided tools and equipment.
• Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps.
