Responsibilities

• Direct Reports: 6-12 Installation Technicians and Installation Coordinators; reports to Houston senior installation manager.
• Support outside sales and showroom consultants to help secure new business.
• Lead appliance install teams, delivery and installation coordinator associates; supervise subcontracted activities when needed.
• Perform quality checks on installation work to ensure correct practices and complete paperwork.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet timelines and ensure installation processes are maintained.
• Represent the organization to customers and associates in leadership meetings.
