• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct 6-12 installation technicians and coordinators and support outside sales.
• Lead appliance install teams, delivery and installation coordinator staff.
• Coordinate activities across multiple job scopes (appliances, cabinets, lighting).
• Manage vendor relations, pricing, and product availability.
• Ensure quality checks, accurate paperwork, and timely project delivery.
• Represent the team in leadership meetings and communicate associate concerns.
