Job summary

Nikon SLM Solutions is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee the installation of our advanced 3D printing systems at client sites. You will lead a team of installation service technicians, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in installation/field service with 2 years in a supervisory position, plus strong leadership and travel readiness to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in an installation or field service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Strong technical background in metal additive manufacturing, leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of installation service technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality installations.
Oversee the installation process at customer sites, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Serve as the primary contact for customers during installations, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed installation records, prepare reports for senior management, and update installation procedures.
Identify and implement best practices to improve installation processes and stay up-to-date on industry advancements.
