Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager to lead business development and client relations for the Install division. The role combines sales production with coaching CRMs across markets, building relationships with general contractors, developers, and property owners.

You will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive install sales growth and establish a consistent sales culture across Juniper's multi-branch organization, while ensuring compliant practices and onboarding new

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management, landscape architecture, or related field.
5+ years in commercial landscape installation, construction, or B2B sales with proven sales production.
2+ years mentoring, training, or leading sales or client-facing teams.
Ability to read landscape plans and construction docs.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and hold a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and client relations for Juniper's Install business.
Coach and mentor CRMs across markets; attend client meetings and bid presentations.
Manage pipeline, explore new install opportunities, and coordinate with estimating to deliver proposals.
Review plans and specs to ensure complete opportunity requirements.
Lead contract negotiations and value engineering discussions for larger projects.
Partner with operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project execution.
