Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager in Fort Myers to lead business development and client relations for the Install division. You will mentor CRMs, drive bid activity, and build lasting relationships with general contractors, developers, and property owners.

You will collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer on forecasting, pricing strategy, and market expansion, while ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to project execution across multiple branches.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in commercial landscape installation, construction, or B2B sales with proven sales production.
• 2+ years mentoring or leading sales/client-facing teams.
• Ability to read landscape plans and construction documents.
• Experience with bid processes, estimating, and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development and client relations for Juniper's Install business.
• Coach and mentor CRMs across markets to develop sales professionals.
• Manage pipeline, bids, proposals, and client meetings with general contractors, developers, and property owners.
• Partner with Chief Revenue Officer on forecasting, pricing strategy, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with install operations to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to project execution.
• Represent Juniper at industry events and maintain a strong client network.
