Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Client Relations Manager to act as the liaison between Juniper and our clients, setting reasonable expectations and ensuring we meet those expectations for landscaping projects.

You will grow existing business and secure new clients, manage communications with client decision makers, and coordinate with operations to deliver accurate proposals, contracts, and schedules while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Respond to client calls or emails promptly; follow up is essential.
• Over-communication with internal teams and clients when changes occur.
• Ability to report market and client status with forecast and growth insights.
• Strong networking; participate in organizations to promote Juniper.
• Knowledgeable in Horticulture, Pest & Fertilization, Arbor work, etc.
• Proficient with Office products and creating client-focused marketing materials.
• Industry reputation is a plus.
• CEU instructor certification is a plus.
• Licenses and qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client business and secure new clients.
• Set and manage expectations with clients.
• Build strong, favorable relationships with clients.
• Oversee interactions with clients' decision makers at the DM level regarding deadlines, pricing & follow-ups.
• Communicate scope changes, deadlines, and expectations to the DM throughout projects.
• Gather information for estimating including all job details and deadlines.
• Turn over contracted work to operations with plans, proposals, contracts, budgets & schedules.
• Communicate with operations to ensure they have client contacts and clear expectations for each project.
• Report on potential and secured sales weekly.
• Create forecasts for your market to help Juniper plan for demand fluctuations.
