Job summary

Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. We seek a Client Relations Manager to liaison between Juniper and clients, ensuring expectations are set and met for landscaping projects.

The role involves growing the client base, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with operations to deliver on contracts and forecasts. Juniper offers health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and PTO plans.

Qualifications

• Respond promptly to client calls or emails and follow up as needed.
• Communicate changes and expectations to internal teams and clients.
• Report on market status and client health to drive growth or address issues.
• Promote Juniper’s brand and secure new opportunities through networking.
• Knowledgeable in horticulture, pest & fertilization, and arbor work.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing clients' business and secure new clients.
• Set and manage expectations with clients.
• Build strong, favorable client relationships.
• Oversee interactions with clients’ decision makers for deadlines, pricing & follow-up.
• Communicate scope changes, deadlines and expectations to the DM level.
• Gather accurate information for estimating including deadlines.
• Handover contracted work to operations with plans, proposals, contracts, budgets & schedules.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure client contacts and clear expectations for each project.
• Provide weekly sales reporting and updates.
• Create forecasts for market demand.
