Juniper is growing, and so is our team! To keep pace with increasing client demand, we are adding a Project Consultant to our expanding team. This newly created position offers the chance to join a company at a time when your work will directly shape what comes next.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Project Consultant, you will be the client's main point of contact from the first conversation through final installation. You will assess each client's needs, build accurate quotes and proposals, and close projects. Along the way, you will partner closely with our design, project management, and installation teams to make sure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both sides of the work: earning the business and working with a team to see it through.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Conduct needs assessments to understand each client's space, budget, desires, requirements, and timeline
• Work with the Project Design team to prepare quotes and proposals, including product renderings, specifications, pricing, and lead times
• Quote and close projects
• Coordinate with design, purchasing, project management, and installation teams to keep projects on schedule
• Work with the Project Management team to keep clients informed on order status, ship dates, and installation dates, and manage schedule changes
• Follow up on active projects daily and on accounts monthly or quarterly
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and project records in the CRM
• Identify opportunities for repeat and referral business within existing accounts
• Report on lead flow and team challenges in weekly team and sales meetings
• Support incoming calls and live chats as needed

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, interior design, or a related field is preferred
• 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role with direct communication with prospective clients and actual quota liability
• Strong communication skills and close attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to read floor plans and product specifications
• Comfort with pricing, quoting, and basic margin calculations
• A calm, solution-focused approach to client concerns
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a professional demeanor
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Very competitive base salary & commission/bonus structure
• A consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
