Juniper is seeking a Client Relations Manager to act as the liaison between Juniper and our clients, ensuring we meet their landscaping needs. You will grow existing business and secure new clients, setting expectations and maintaining strong client relationships throughout projects.

Responsibilities include estimating information, turning over contracts to operations, and communicating with decision makers.

Qualifications

Sense of urgency in responding to client requests.
Over-communication with internal teams and clients.
Clear understanding of market and client from a business standpoint.
Strong networking to promote Juniper’s brand and secure opportunities.
Knowledgeable in horticulture, pest & fertilization, and related scopes.
Proficiency with Office products for creating materials and presentations.
Established industry reputation is a plus.
CEU instructor certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Growing existing client’s business as well as securing new clients.
Setting & managing expectations with our clients.
Building strong, favorable relationships with our clients.
Overseeing all interactions with clients’ decision makers at the DM level.
Communicating changes in scope, deadlines, and expectations to the DM.
Gathering information for estimating including all job details and deadlines.
Turning over contracted work to operations with plans, proposals, budgets & schedules.
Reporting on potential and secured sales weekly.
Creating forecasts for the market to plan for demand fluctuations.
