Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. seeks a Senior Client Relations Manager to lead business development and client relations for its Install division. You will coach CRMs, attend client meetings, and drive bid opportunities while partnering with operations to guarantee smooth handoffs from sale to project execution.

The role requires a strong background in B2B sales within commercial landscape installation, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to work autonomously across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape installation, construction, or related B2B sales.
• 2+ years mentoring, training, or leading sales or client-facing team members.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client relations for Juniper’s Install business.
• Coach and mentor CRMs across assigned markets, joining client meetings and presentations to model best practices.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new install opportunities through bid platforms and networking.
• Partner with install operations to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to project execution.
• Maintain visibility into pipeline activity, backlog, win rates, and margins across all CRMs.
