Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Branch Installation Manager in Sacramento to lead installation operations for Home Depot Exteriors and Home Depot Interiors. The role oversees warehouse and field installation teams, manages third-party installers, and focuses on meeting revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.

The BIM reports to the Field Director of Services and leads multiple districts with a focus on safety, compliance, and process excellence across two independent businesses.

Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, home improvement, or construction.
• Experience working with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardized processes to ensure strong customer experience and meet installed revenue targets.
• Manage margins, installation cycle time, and VOC targets; drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee District Installation Managers, HDI/HDE teams, and coordinators; hire, train, coach, and performance manage.
