Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Installation Manager (DIM) to lead a field install team across the life cycle of sold jobs, from pre-installation to post-sale. You will oversee inspections, scheduling, and service movements, ensuring adherence to standards and high customer satisfaction.

In this role you will manage escalations, contract scope adjustments, and approvals, while guiding teams through training and collaboration with sales to improve overall experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required or preferred.
• Ten years of work experience is expected for this leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the district install team, set goals, manage performance, and ensure customer installation excellence.
