Qualifications

• 1 year scheduling facility services experience.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate with all levels of employees.
• Strong diligence and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule quarterly and annual sprinkler inspections with customers.
• Coordinate pump equipment to perform inspections.
• Schedule annual fire alarm inspections with customers.
• Coordinate elevator contracts to complete inspections.
• Schedule annual and semiannual suppression inspections.
• Schedule subcontractors, lifts and third-party inspections as required.
• Review reports with Inspections Operations Manager and upload for customer access.
• Communicate system impairments and service requests to the Manager.
• Interact with internal and external customers professionally.
• Provide backup phone support for administrative staff.
