Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized Navitus Key Analytics team. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver insights supporting growth, client retention, and market competitiveness. The role blends underwriting, pricing, rebate economics, and financial analysis into actionable guidance.

You will mentor analysts, shape data quality standards, and drive scalable analytics across client engagements. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Math or Statistics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis.
• 3+ years in leadership, may include leading teams or individuals.
• Experience in pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience supporting RFPs and competitive market analysis.
• Proficiency in SAS/SQL and QlikSense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team delivering client performance analytics and strategic insights.
• Oversee integrated analyses spanning underwriting, pricing, market intelligence, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and Account Management.
• Serve as strategic advisor during client consultations, renewals, and RFPs.
• Direct analyses to improve competitiveness, value, and growth opportunities.
• Develop analytics tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions.
• Translate data into concise recommendations for executives and partners.
• Identify market trends and pricing dynamics affecting client performance.
• Gather requirements and design scalable analytics solutions with tech teams.
• Mentor team members and foster growth and accountability.
