  • Manage reporting timelines and coordinate with offshore analytics partners (e.g., Exafluence) to keep deliverables on schedule
Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Manage day-to-day assignments and workload for Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts within the workstream
  • Review junior team output for accuracy and quality before it reaches internal or client audiences
  • Mentor junior team members on analytical technique, client communication, and reporting best practices
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support client calls and internal meetings, presenting reporting results and fielding day-to-day questions
  • Partner with Account and Investment/Activation teams to align reporting output with campaign and business context
  • Escalate strategic shifts, scope changes, or emerging client needs
Process & Quality
  • Execute against the established measurement strategy and reporting cadence
  • Recommend improvements to reporting workflows, templates, and QA processes within the existing framework
  • Ensure consistent, repeatable execution across accounts and workstreams within the assigned portfolio
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting, with knowledge of modern data stack tools such as BigQuery (or a comparable cloud data warehouse), Funnel.io (or a comparable data connector/ETL platform), and Tableau (or a comparable BI/visualization tool)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing timelines across multiple accounts or workstreams, including coordination with offshore or cross-functional partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting reporting results to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Statistics, Business, or similar) preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with media/marketing measurement concepts (e.g., MMM, attribution, incrementality) sufficient to support advanced analytics engagements in partnership with senior analytics team members.
