Qualifications

• 5+ years in Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis.
• 3+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Experience with pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience supporting RFPs and competitive analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team delivering client performance analytics and strategic insights.
• Oversee integrated analyses combining underwriting, pricing, and market intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Finance and other functions to inform decisions.
• Serve as strategic advisor during client consultations and renewals.
• Develop tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members to build future leaders.
