Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Homeland Security Insid er Threat Program (ITP) within the DHS HEITS contract.

The selected leader will manage a 40-person team of engineers and architects toward sustainment, development, and advancement of the Insider Threat program, coordinating with senior government leaders and stakeholders. The role requires a strong track record in leadership, budgeting, and delivering technical briefings, with deep experience in insider threat

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
• Experience presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Insider Threat Management Programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leader for the Insider Threat Program and coordinate with senior government leaders to set priorities and oversee execution.
• Oversee staffing and recruiting to ensure sufficient qualified personnel.
• Collaborate with HEITS business operations to ensure accurate spend plans and timely financial reports.
• Oversee cost estimation responses and analyses for budget planning.
• Ensure supervision of staff located at adjacent agencies and active engagement with stakeholders.
• Provide recurring reporting to customers for transparency of execution activities.
• Support growth and business development to expand the Insider Threat Program scope and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with DHS Insider Threat stakeholders as the Leidos liaison.
• Escalate issues to functional management to align with Leidos policies.
• Document risks and mitigation plans; grow personnel to enhance service quality.
