Leidos is seeking an Engineer Manager to lead a team of 8–10 engineers and architects supporting the DHS Insider Threat Program (ITP). The role focuses on sustaining and advancing the cybersecurity infrastructure baseline, with emphasis on troubleshooting and technical leadership for critical customer systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience in IT/engineering programs.
• Experience presenting to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of engineers, DBAs, ISSOs, and network/system engineers.
• Coordinate activities to keep UAM software and infrastructure operational.
• Guide upgrades, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and documentation.
• Manage information assurance and security accreditation activities.
• Provide performance metrics and drive enterprise-wide improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and processes.
