Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and architects supporting the DHS Insider Threat Program (ITP). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience overseeing engineering teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents and analyses.
• Experience presenting briefings to senior customer management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers, DBAs, ISSOs, and other technical staff.
• Coordinate activities to ensure UAM software solution and baseline operations.
• Guide upgrades, capacity management, and networking requirements.
• Manage documentation capturing the configuration baseline.
• Monitor performance metrics to reflect system efficacy.
• Oversee information assurance activities for security accreditation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment across multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with project managers to complete projects.
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies.
