Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Information System Security Officer to support the Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Secure Services and Support (HEITS) contract within the DHS Insider Threat Program. The candidate will lead security accreditation, perform vulnerability scans, and develop assessment plans with government coordination.

Required experience includes RMF, ICD-503, and ATO/ATC processes, plus strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports
• Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI clearance or higher

Responsibilities

• Provide support for security engineering and the integration and deployment of security technology for insider threat and cyber operations
• Coordinate weekly vulnerability scans in support of FISMA requirements
• Develop scope, test plans, and rules of engagement for assessments with government approval
• Prepare written reports with findings, impacts, and recommendations
• Maintain Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation for the contract
