Job summary

Lumen is seeking a desk-based sales professional to drive new logo acquisitions and grow brand awareness within a defined territory. You will sell the Lumen portfolio of products, services and solutions with limited field engagement, while supporting peers and mentoring teammates.

You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities, maintain Salesforce records, and participate in all training requirements. A strong team player with high energy is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years sales experience.
• Experience selling telecom/telecom solutions.
• Advanced desk-based or inside/outside sales experience.
• History developing new accounts and opening new territories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management into assigned customers, targeting new logos.
• Deliver a strong value proposition during consultative and transactional sales.
• Prospect and qualify via calls, emails, social media and campaigns.
• Provide timely quotes and follow-up; navigate systems to support customers.
