Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support its distribution services in the US, operating through the AmerisourceBergen business. The role focuses on driving pipeline, improving quote-to-order execution, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, account management, or related experience.
• CISP/CSAM/CPSL or 340B program fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily inside sales activities to improve pipeline conversion, quote-to-order execution, and customer follow-through across assigned workstreams.
• Monitors sales activity, forecast, conversion, and service metrics to identify trends, manage risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Develops dashboards and operating cadences that improve activity execution, pipeline integrity, and forecast inputs.
• Drives adoption of standardized sales processes, customer relationship management discipline, and digital or AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, productivity, and decision quality.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align lead management, campaign follow-up, customer outreach, and issue resolution with commercial priorities.
