Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily inside sales activities to improve pipeline conversion, quote-to-order execution, and customer follow-through across assigned workstreams.
• Monitors sales activity, forecast, conversion, and service metrics to identify trends, manage risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Develops dashboards and operating cadences that improve activity execution, pipeline integrity, and forecast inputs.
• Drives adoption of standardized sales processes, CRM discipline, and digital or AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, productivity, and decision quality.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align lead management, campaign follow-up, customer outreach, and issue resolution with commercial priorities.
