Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales leader to supervise an inside sales team and drive revenue within a defined territory.

You will mentor reps, manage CRM pipeline, and coordinate with HR for onboarding and candidate interviews while guiding strategy and quarterly reviews. The role emphasizes consultative selling, CRM accuracy, and team development, with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an Administrative/Sales environment with a track record of quality, attention to detail and an aptitude at leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to train and mentor reps on sales strategy; strong organization, time management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Experience using a CRM system and ability to handle escalated customer service issues and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Sells consultatively to an assigned territory, detailing products and identifying customer needs.
• Prospects vertical markets to identify decision makers and influencers.
• Manages CRM and pipeline; closes net new business and handles objections.
• Assists sales reps on bids and large opportunities.
• Runs reports to support territory management and performance reviews.
