Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Consumables Sales in Itasca, IL to lead an inside sales team and drive revenue. You will mentor reps, develop territory strategies, and ensure achievement of revenue and profit goals while promoting a complete supply solution.

The role requires strong selling and leadership skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to train staff, manage pipelines in Oracle/S21, and collaborate with HR on onboarding and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience and management of two or more full-time employees.
• Proven selling skills and customer service ability.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to train and mentor reps; strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Experience using a CRM system and handling escalated issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an inside sales team to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Mentor and coach sales reps; develop territory strategy.
• Sell a complete supply solution to assigned territory; identify customer needs.
• Utilize CRM for pipeline management and report generation.
• Respond to escalations and support large opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new hires.
• Conduct monthly plans and quarterly reviews with the team.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding.
