Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead an internal sales team and drive revenue and profit goals. You will mentor reps, coach performance, and ensure effective territory coverage while selling a complete supply solution.

You will use CRM to manage pipelines, run regular reports, and collaborate with HR on onboarding and hiring. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leadership in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more full-time employees.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an Administrative/Sales environment.
• Demonstrates selling skills and customer service aptitude.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to train and mentor reps on sales strategy and negotiation.
• Experience using a CRM system and handling escalated customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Sells consultatively to an assigned territory and identifies customer needs.
• Prospects vertical markets to identify decision makers and influencers.
• Utilizes CRM and manages pipeline; handles objections to close new business.
• Assists sales reps on bids and large opportunities.
• Runs reports in Oracle/S21 to aid territory management.
• Responds to and resolves customer escalations.
• Ensures new hires are trained and onboarded with HR involvement.
• Holds monthly plan/reviews with reps and leads quarterly revenue meetings.
• Leads, motivates and manages for results.
