Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with 2+ direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven selling and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong organization and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor reps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an inside sales team to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Mentor and coach sales representatives.
• Sell a complete supply solution to territory.
• Run reports in Oracle/S21 for territory management.
• Handle escalations and onboarding of new hires.
• Lead monthly reviews and quarterly strategy meetings.
