Job summary

Canon USA, in the Charlotte area, seeks a sales leader to manage a team selling Canon hardware and software solutions, including printers, copiers, and document management products.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in related sales with at least two direct reports, along with extensive Canon product knowledge. It offers a hybrid work schedule, incentive compensation, and a transportation allowance, with a base salary range of $61,800 to $92,520 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
• Progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions within a territory and/or assigned account list.
• Trains, develops, and coaches current and new sales representatives to success.
• Achieve 100% of quota through management of a team.
• Sets clear goals and allows deadlines to be met in a timely manner.
• Responsible for interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly plan and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts and ride days with representatives.
• Maintains proficiency in product and promotional knowledge.
