Job summary

Asure Software in Tampa, FL is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales who will accelerate results, coach reps, and drive performance within our Inside Sales organization. This role requires leadership, SaaS sales experience, and a track record of exceeding quotas.

You will coach, plan territory, participate in calls, and forecast for senior management while supporting a high accountability culture. The position offers strong earning potential with uncapped commissions and opportunities for career

Qualifications

How you will contribute

The Manager, Inside Sales has a proven track record of success in accelerating sales results, driving change, and leading with passion within an Inside Sales organization. This is a proven leader who has poise, dedication, thoughtfulness, and a true care for individuals and their career development.

• Attract, Hire and Retain high performing Inside Sales Professionals
• Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of the inside sales role, our business model, and our sales methodology. This includes coaching on territory planning including prospecting methods, all the way through deal support across each stage of the sales cycle
• Support your direct reports by participating in client and prospect calls/meetings including listening to calls to customize coaching to the Account Executives and Account Managers as well as support deal development and closing through active participation to sales callsProvide timely and accurate forecast to senior management based on a deep understanding of deals in play but also based on overall business trends
• Develop and own Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the sales team, consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, track the results and drive team execution based on those metrics
• Analytical mindset able to both identify gaps in the sales cycle but also gaps in the business plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading/managing an inside sales team for at least 2 years
• Experience selling software as an individual contributor for at least 3 years
• Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
• You must be credible with direct reports, customers, recruitment candidates, and internally across the organization at all levels including senior management
• Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred
• Pro-active, results oriented and team oriented approach to sales
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting and LinkedIn Navigator
• Track record of consistent over achievement of assigned sales quota both as a leader and individual contributor
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Compensation

The on target earnings for this position is $140,000 - $150,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay‑transparency laws.
