Job summary

IDIQ in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative/Senior Account Executive for the Insurance Vertical. You will develop relationships with independent insurance agencies, drive outbound discovery calls, and manage full-cycle deals from initial contact to onboarding.

The role requires at least two years in inside sales, familiarity with SPIN and Challenger methodologies, and a strong grasp of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least two years of inside sales or call center experience.
• Proven experience leveraging consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and Challenger Sales.
• Prior experience or exposure to credit reporting, identity theft protection, or related consumer-financial products.
• Background in financial services (mortgage/real estate/insurance/financial planning/banking) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify and qualify prospective partners beyond leads provided by management.
• Utilize consultative selling approaches to uncover business challenges, educate prospects, and guide them toward value-based solutions.
• Execute 25-30 outbound touches per day across multi-channel cadence (email, phone, text, LinkedIn, video).
• Schedule and run discovery calls with decision-makers, targeting 4-6 calls per week.
• Shadow and support proposal, close, and onboarding processes for self-originated deals.
• Report pipeline status to management, tracked through CRM stages.
• Assist marketing with partner activation.
• Maintain thorough activity documentation and efficient workflows in CRM.
• Become an expert in IDIQ products and benefits for early conversations.
