Job summary

IDI is a leading insulation distributor seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow sales within a defined region. You will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and support outside sales while maintaining precise customer and opportunity data in HubSpot.

The role emphasizes lead development, outbound prospecting, pricing support, and collaboration with internal teams to drive regional revenue. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, account support, or related experience.
• Experience in insulation, building materials, construction, or distribution preferred.
• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Manage inbound leads and maintain CRM records in HubSpot.
• Assist outside sales with pricing, quotations, and account support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and sales initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of IDI products, applications, and market segments.
