What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and advise on next steps to drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
- Serve as an expert resource for families after they have been referred to communities or home care providers
- Manage the follow-up sales process, including communication with families and customer communities
- Establish relationships over the phone to understand the needs of families and guide them through the customer journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in proactive outreach and closing sales in a consultative environment
- Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on a computer
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping families navigate senior care options
