What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have engaged with the employer to advise on next steps and drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
- Provide ongoing expert support to families after initial referrals to communities or home care providers
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to families and communities
- Manage the follow-up sales process and communication as families progress through their customer journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in proactive outreach and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections
- Ability to multitask effectively, including simultaneous phone conversations and note-taking
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Passion for the senior living industry and a commitment to helping families
