What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have been referred to senior living communities to advise on next steps, aiming to drive move-ins
- Act as a liaison between families in need and communities or care providers, guiding families through the decision-making process
- Serve as an ongoing expert resource for families after initial referrals to communities or home care providers
- Reach daily outbound touchpoints (calls and texts) to families and communities, scheduling tours and sending referrals
- Understand customer community offerings and manage the follow-up sales process as families progress through their journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record in proactive outreach and closing skills
- Ability to overcome objections in a consultative sales environment
- History of exceeding sales quotas and performance results
- Strong multitasking skills, including the ability to talk on the phone while taking notes on a computer
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
