Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Senior Representative - Inside Sales to manage a book of larger, more complex accounts in the wire and cable management sector. You will interact with industrial/electrical contractors to upsell, coordinate project execution, and collaborate with outside sales to meet goals.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, technical expertise, and strong relationship-building to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. A 4–5 year sales background and the ability to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team and mentor teammates.
• Experience prospecting and market concepts to existing and new accounts.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

• Support global account customers by managing complex wire and cable management projects and driving sales growth.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics based on volume budgets, profitability, and penetration.
• Market products and offer value-added services.
• Develop strong business relationships and pursue opportunities within accounts.
• Own, qualify, and develop opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Stay informed on new products and share competitive knowledge with management.
• May lead other ISRs regarding processes, systems, customers, etc.
