Job summary

eMazzanti Technologies seeks a seasoned Manager of Inside Sales to lead our Account Management team. You will guide a five- to nine-person AM group, driving renewals, cross-selling, and churn reduction while coaching talent and modernizing processes with ConnectWise.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in technology sales, MSP experience preferred, and strong communication skills to manage client relationships and internal teams. This role is based in the NY/NJ area.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a technology firm with account management and leadership experience.
• Strategic and tactical expertise to grow revenue through renewals and cross-selling.
• ConnectWise and data-savvy with ability to manage large datasets.
• Transformational leadership to modernize legacy processes.
• Hands-on coaching to work side-by-side with AMs on client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers; drive renewals, cross-selling, and churn reduction.
• Develop and implement a strategy to grow revenue across the client base.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and ensure outreach meets objectives.
• Mentor, train, and hire talent to build a strong MSP-focused AM team.
• Transition the team from spreadsheet-based to ConnectWise-driven processes.
• Oversee data integration from multiple systems into ConnectWise for client records and renewals.
• Join client calls as needed to close deals and advocate for the client.
