Job summary

Blue Mantis seeks a high-performing Account Executive to develop new business, manage existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth across SMB to enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer business and technology objectives with Blue Mantis solutions including Managed Services, Professional Services, Product Solutions, and ServiceNow offerings.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of exceeding quotas, strong business acumen, consultative selling

Qualifications

Experience selling within Managed Services, Cloud, or ServiceNow ecosystems.
Strong track record of quota attainment and client relationship building.
Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Develop territory and account plans to drive revenue growth.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory and target accounts.
Manage and expand existing customer relationships through proactive account management.
Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging Blue Mantis solutions to address customer needs.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels.
Identify, evaluate and propose business and technology solutions aligned with customer objectives.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
