Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive sales experience in electrical distribution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, materials, and applications used in commercial and industrial construction.
• Proven track record of managing high-value customer accounts and driving profitable revenue growth.
• Extensive experience preparing complex quotations, negotiating pricing, and managing large customer orders.
• Established relationships within the electrical contracting and electrical distribution industries.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, gross margins, and account profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key electrical contractors, commercial accounts, and other customers.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining profitability and gross margin objectives.
• Proactively follow up on quotations, outstanding opportunities, and potential lost sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships through technical expertise, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
• Partner with Outside Sales representatives to develop account strategies and secure new business.
