Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead cost estimating for high-profile commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects in the Los Angeles area. This role collaborates with preconstruction, operations, and project teams to develop competitive, accurate bids and value engineering options.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of electrical estimating experience, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and proficiency with major estimating software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years electrical estimating experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and estimating best practices.
• Experience preparing estimates for projects ranging from several million dollars to large-scale electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements to develop competitive proposals.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Develop conceptual budgets, design-build estimates, and value engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Preconstruction, and Operations teams during bid development and project handoff.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, scope reviews, and client presentations as needed.
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and bid documentation.
• Support business development efforts by helping secure new projects and maintain strong client relationships.
