Circana is seeking an Innovation Sr Manager II to guide growth and insights for clients, leveraging Circana’s Innovation and Survey portfolio. You will lead consultative solutions, manage projects end-to-end, and develop executive-ready recommendations to expand client relationships and revenue.

The role requires strong analytical storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and a client-focused approach in a remote-capable US-based setting. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year undergraduate degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience applying multiple data types in a consultative way.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques and data-driven storytelling.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient in PowerPoint and storytelling.
