Haitian Group in the United States (SC) seeks a seasoned Sales Engineer specializing in injection molding to expand key accounts and drive machine opportunities.

You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, conduct trials, deliver compelling proposals, and collaborate with engineering and service teams. Willingness to travel is essential to visit customer sites and support complex projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 8+ years in injection molding or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities in the injection molding industry.
• Promote injection molding machines and related solutions based on customer requirements and production needs.
• Understand customer applications, product requirements, mold specifications, and production processes, and recommend suitable machine configurations.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including machine selection, technical proposals, mold trials, machine demonstrations, and commissioning.
• Conduct machine trials and optimize molding parameters to achieve required product quality, cycle time, and production efficiency.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, application reports, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, projects, orders, and after-sales technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments to support business growth.
• Travel regularly to customer sites for business development, technical discussions, machine trials, and project support.
