Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of hands-on injection molding processing and troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of mold design, hot runner systems, scientific molding principles, and material rheology.
• Strong problem-solving using data-driven approaches and statistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; basic CIM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain molding equipment, robotics, automation, and electrical controls.
• Perform mold set-ups, process start-ups, color changes, and precise adjustments for safe, efficient production.
• Lead continuous improvement using scientific molding, SPC, and process monitoring.
• Train and mentor Process Technicians, Mold Setters, and production staff.
• Collaborate with Quality, Tooling, Automation, Engineering, and Production to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain QMS and safety compliance, document equipment and quality concerns.
